Scotland to Newcastle Ferry

This iconic castle ruin, was once one of the largest and grandest fortifications in Northern England. The walk up to the twin towered gatehouse is very impressive. Dunstanburgh Castle dominates one of the most beautiful stretches of Northumberland coastline and is jointly managed by English Heritage and National Trust.
